WHO I HELP
You've Tried. You Still Don't Feel Well.
There May Be a Reason.
People typically seek my work when they know something is not right, yet they still feel overlooked, stuck, or under-supported. Many have been told their labs are normal, but their symptoms persist. My Cellular Wellness Assessments help identify cellular stressors that may be disrupting the body's ability to regulate and function well.

Who I Help
People typically seek my work when they know something is not right, yet they still feel overlooked, stuck, or under-supported. Many have been told their labs are normal, but their symptoms persist. My Cellular Wellness Assessments help identify cellular stressors that may be disrupting the body's ability to regulate and function well.

How I Work
My approach is not one-size-fits-all. I do not believe in throwing blanket remedies at people or assuming the same protocol fits every body. Research gives us helpful tools to evaluate, but individual biology determines compatibility. Some people respond well to one support, while others need a very different path. In my experience, the body often responds best when the specific cellular stressors are identified and addressed through removal and/or targeted support.
Core Philosophy
The body wants to heal, but it cannot do that efficiently when it is under constant cellular stress. When the right stressors are removed and the right supports are introduced, regulation often returns more quickly than expected.
Less is often more. Targeted is best.
If you have been doing everything right but still feel unwell, a Cellular Wellness Assessment may help uncover the stress patterns that have been overlooked and guide a more personalized path forward.
